White Stone Solutions is a consulting firm dedicated to the local church and ministry non-profits. It's founder, Tad Thompson, has been involved in local church ministry for over 30 years and has experienced the spectrum of joys and sorrows that are a part of ministry culture. He now has a passion to see leadership cultures transformed for the glory of God and the good of His people.
